Lil’ River Day Volunteer

River Day is designed to encourage appreciation and recreational use of the waterways of the Clinton River and Lake St. Clair, and to celebrate the leadership of local citizens, organizations, and communities whose efforts are critical to protecting and enhancing the overall quality of the Clinton River watershed.

Today we volunteered to place storm drain markers in subdivisions. These are to remind people not to dump into these drains.  Whatever goes down the drains goes directly into Lake St. Clair.

There are many other great events going on through June 13th…

OUR GARDEN… tomatoes doing good… onions coming up, lettuce growing ok, beans only doing ok.
